KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Folks who live in downtown Kansas City will soon have a new grocery store.Cosentino's new downtown market was dedicated Monday.Kansas City Mayor Mark Funkhouser was just one of the VIPs who attended the event.The new grocery store, on East 13th Street, will feature an 83-foot salad bar, a fresh sushi bar and an upstairs eating area.It will be open for business starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
