YMCA Pools Free On Tuesday, Wednesday

Heat Warning Prompts Open Swim Time

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Due to the Excessive Heat Warning, the YMCA of Greater Kansas City is opening their swimming pools to the public free of charge on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Following is a list of YMCA pools:
  • Blue Springs Family YMCA
    lap pool and recreational pool
  • Vivion Road Family YMCA
    indoor and outdoor pools
  • 8th ST Family YMCA
    indoor pool
  • Bonner Springs Family YMCA
    indoor pool
  • Cleaver Family YMCA
    indoor pool with slide and outdoor spray park
  • Independence Family YMCA
    indoor pool
  • Linwood Family YMCA
    outdoor pool
  • Miami County Family YMCA

  • Olathe Family YMCA
