Free CDL Workshops Offered

Church Group, MoDOT Offer CDL Test Prep Classes

Free workshops are being offered at area churches to help prepare people who want to get their commercial driving license.

The Missouri Department of Transportation and an organization called A Call To Oneness are offering the three workshops, which will offer training on what is required to pass the written test for the CDL.

The following workshops are being offered:

  • Sunday, March 8, 4 to 6 p.m.
    Concord Fortress Church, 11040 W. Longview Parkway, Kansas City, Mo.

  • Tuesday, March 10, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
    United Believers Community Church, 7546 Troost Ave., Kansas City, Mo.
    Call to make reservations at 816-361-9996.

  • Saturday, March 14, 9 a.m. to noon
    Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 2801 Swope Parkway, Kansas City, Mo.
    Call 816-924-1818 for reservations.
