KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Nearly 1,000 people attended a job fair Thursday for Aramark, a company that employs people at convention centers and stadiums.The job fair took place at the Kansas City Convention Center at 301 W. 13th St., in banquet room 2102.The company has about 1,000 jobs available in everything from concessions and retail to finance.Interviews were conducted during the job fair and applicants learned on the spot whether they got a job.The company plans another job fair at the same location from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.Aramark can be reached at 816-504-4000.
