Position Summary: Present newscasts which are informative, interesting, compelling and entertaining.
Qualifications: Four year college/university degree in Journalism, Communications, or other related field. Minimum three years experience as an anchor or reporter for commercial/public television. Knowledge of how to blend words and video into informative and interesting television news stories.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be a skilled communicator that can connect with a diverse audience
- Must be able to assimilate information quickly and be able to compile and summarize that information into a clear, concise, and understandable presentation
- Must be able to conduct meaningful and interesting interviews
