The Mississippi disaster hot line will be set up for Gustav, according to WAPT-TV.

The United Way's 211 will serve as the official call center.

A representative will provide information about shelters, road and school closures and locations that will feed evacuees.

The Mississippi Department of Transportation has also set up a call center hot line that provides contra flow and traffic condition information. That number is 1-866-521-6368.

Evacuees can also call the Coast Transportation Authority at 228-896-8080 to make arrangements to be picked up on Sunday.

The Mississippi Department of Education will deploy up to 100 school buses for people who need to evacuate the Gulf Coast on Sunday.

People living in FEMA travel trailers and mobile homes, Mississippi Cottages and others in flood hazard areas have been ordered to evacuate Jackson, Hancock and Harrison counties.
