Rap star-actor Snoop Dogg plays their savvy street informant Huggy Bear, while Vince Vaughn also joins the cast as Reese Feldman, a smooth-talking entrepreneur with an eye towards the future.Directed by Todd Phillips ("Old School"), "Starsky & Hutch" also stars Carmen Electra, Amy Smart, Juliette Lewis and Fred Williamson -- who plays Starksy and Hutch's hardnosed superior, police Capt.
