KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Some Kansas City students will get a new multi-language experience at school this year.The Kansas City, Mo., School District has introduced a new dual language school at Swinney Elementary School.On Thursday night, parents got the opportunity to learn how Swinney will combine English and Spanish instruction to create bilingual students.Students at Swinney will be placed into classrooms where half the group is proficient in English, the other in Spanish.
