Johnson County issues disaster declaration following storms, flooding

As the sun rises on Friday, people living in Johnson County are still dealing with flooding. Board of County Commission Chairman Ed Eilert signed a declaration of a state of local disaster emergency for Johnson County late Thursday afternoon following a pair of damaging storms.
