GLADSTONE, Mo. -- Police said they have a suspect in a dognapping.A teenager was caught on surveillance video holding an 8-week-old Shih Tzu puppy inside the Fins & Foliage pet store.The video then shows the teenager -- who police said was a 16-year-old girl -- walking out the door with the $500 dog.The puppy was later returned to the pet store.Authorities didn't identify the teenager because she is a juvenile.The teen was released to her mother after she turned herself in.
