INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST
KCATA is seeking an Information Systems Analyst for the maintenance, support, training, and report writing for its key HR, Financial, and Procurement systems. This includes recommendation, implementation, support, training, configuration, customization, etc. of business systems and related technologies supporting the HR, Finance, and Procurement functions. The HR/Finance Information Systems Analyst works closely with the I.T. Director and the Authority’s executive team to ensure that the technology needs of each department’s systems are being met. The position will provide system administration, configuration, second level technical support, custom reporting, end user training, and vendor management for all software applications.
1) At least 5 years of programming, analysis, and/or support experience in Information Technology. Including end user support experience, hands-on technical experience, and demonstrated ability to communicate with users at all levels; and 2) Hands-on experience working with and supporting corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, with emphasis in HR, Finance, Procurement, and Payroll. Experience with Lawson/Infor’s Financial Management, Human Capital Management, and Supply Chain Management preferred.
