Off-and-on thunderstorms are possible on Sunday, but it won't be a washout. Temperatures will warm to around 80 for a daytime high. The wind will be gusty out of the southeast during the afternoon. Thunderstorm chances will continue throughout most of the week, especially at night/early morning.
In terms of a severe weather threat, any of the storms that develop could have a strong wind or hail threat. The best chance for a large complex of storms with wind/hail will be along the Iowa/Missouri border over the next several nights. Severe weather chances may start to increase by
